Starting plasmashell, adding the widget, and clicking on it

SUMMARY
The Dictionary widget crashes plasmashell when added and clicked. This also
prevents plasmashell from starting after a system reboot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Edit Mode on the desktop.
2. Add the Dictionary widget.
3. Exit Edit Mode.
4. Click on the Dictionary widget -> plasmashell crashes.
5. Attempt to start plasmashell -> plasmashell crashes instantly.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 6.3
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If the widget is removed from ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
and plasmashell is started again, no crashes occurring.
