SUMMARY
On X11, whichever cursor theme I select, nothing changes. Moreover, if a
non-Breeze theme is selected, hovering the panel still shows the Breeze cursor.
This happens even after a full reboot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply any theme that's not Breeze.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The selected theme is applied.
