SUMMARY
5.2.9 features a toolbar called editToolBar in the Configure Toolbars window,
but this is missing in the 5.3 nightly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Go to Settings, Configure Toolbars, then click the drop-down menu of available
toolbars
OBSERVED RESULT
Edittoolbar is missing
EXPECTED RESULT
Edittoolbar is available
