Feels like it's a Klipper bug if the screenshot can't be pasted until something
else first takes it place at the top of the list and then moves back.
When this happens, are you able to paste the screenshot into a Dolphin window
or the desktop?
In other words, is the problem only seen when trying to paste the screenshot
into this specific thing you're trying to paste it into in your screen
recording? (which is helpful, thanks)
