When invoking the Yakuake with a panel positioned at the top of the screen,
yakuake flickers in the part covering the panel. It seems like the rendering of
Yakuake and the panel is conflicting.
Things that help: moving the panel to the bottom (yakuake doesn't overlap
anymore) or changing the panel to "autohide"/"windows go below".
X11+QEMU virgl on a macOS might be highly relevant here.
