I'm sorry, but this cannot be a bug in Krita. It must a system
misconfiguration. Krita does not contain any code that supports tablets
directly: only the driver, the OS and the Qt platform are involved.
Note that when switching between wintab and windows ink, you need to restart
Krita. You can check with the tablet tester utility, but it looks like Krita
only receives mouse events from the tablet driver.
