I don't understand how to configure this package (fcitx5-configtool). If I put
2 input methods there, then for some reason 1 becomes inactive, and 2 becomes
active. Moreover, if I'm in Russian, then more than one keyboard shortcut
doesn't work for me at all.

How do I make sure that I have English and Russian so that I can switch between
them as before and the keyboard shortcuts always work?
