Might have been a missing dependency. When I installed plasma-workspace-dbgsym
it also installed the non debug symbols package and another non-debug package,
so maybe I had a missing dependency. However the system has been working
perfectly fine until update to 5.8 (I've been in Zesty since week 1).
Right now no longer fails the taskmanager and can no longer reproduce the
crash.
I mark this report as fixed.
