Installing plasma-workspace solved the issue. And I'm now using the version 5.8.4, not 5.7.5 (I didn't restarted, just installed this package). I suppose something went wrong when updating to the backports. Now a lib (liblegacytaskmanager5) is no longer used as apt reported.
