Pushed by ngraham into branch 'master'. kcms/effects: remove unnecessary keywords 1d42d64f8722be51d0dede3c2e7da3ed3e32936c hid two effects from the KCM but forgot to remove the keywords for them, so people still get directed to the KCM via search results and get confused. Remove them now. And while we're at it, also remove "resize window effect" which hasn't been present here for a while now.
