  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

"Present Windows" option is missing from Desktop Effects section. When I search
for it in the System Settings search bar, it points me to Desktop Effects, but
it's not there. I can invoke Present Windows with ctrl+f9, but I want to change
it to a different key combo as I have in my other Fedora KDE installations. But
as mentioned, the option/entry is missing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Search "Present Windows"
3. It returns Desktop Effects as a result, but Present Windows is missing

OBSERVED RESULT
-Present Windows is missing, cannot change key shortcut

EXPECTED RESULT
-I expect this to work like my other Fedora KDE install where I was able to see
Present Windows in the list of desktop effects and change the keyboard shortcut
and other settings.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4
