I tried most of the workarounds mentioned here but still having this issue
despite setting `Numlock=on` as well as changing that setting in the GUI. Every
time I reboot, my numlock turns off.
I don't think this is an issue with SDDM. I'm currently running Fedora and
using GDM as my initial login screen. Numlock stays on during boot and remains
on while I enter my credentials in GDM. After the credentials are validated and
Plasma 6.2.4 starts loading, that's when Numlock turns off.
