Opened context menu for clarification
SUMMARY
Having the context menu of an icon open while a new application spawns causes
panel to crash
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch heroic games launcher (maybe other applications have different
latencies/behaviors and don't reproduce the bug)
2. Right click on any icon in the taskbar area / open context menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Watch the panel go down and nicely restart moments later
EXPECTED RESULT
Shouldn't crash. But handling is excellent and restart is quick.
