Mouse hover does hightligh whole nm area

This "bug" has been here almost all time since KDE 6 launch. So not just a
recent version.

The culprit: Blindly copying Google's Chrome and substituting clickable buttons
with text.
Result: User have no idea what is a button that can be clicked and what is a
text.
Expected Result: Stop copying Google Chrome, User needs to immediatly
understand what is a button option.

What really happens in TRAY GUI NETWORK MANGER:
Hovering mouse in tray gui for network manager does not highligh text (text is
not a button and we don't know what to click), but instead WHOLE AREA IS
STUPIDLY HIGHLIGHTED (see screenshot with annotations).

KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.8.1
Graphics Platform: X11

P.S. My blood pressure goes up for "bugs" like this. This is precisely why I
reverted to KDE 5 and am considering XFCE. You have to understand my
frustration! I almost wanted to NOT report this "bug" (...). Making a clickable
button? How hard it is in kirigami? Or whatever?!
