I used kaddressbook to call twinkle with this dial command:
twinkle --call 0%n
(a zero is put before any number)
This does not work anymore since a kde update. The gui preference is also gone.
Twinkle is still called, but without the zero.
I found the setting in "akonadi_contactrc"
[Phone Dial Settings]
DialPhoneNumberAction=UseExternalPhoneApplication
PhoneCommand=twinkle --call 0%n
But it seems not to be used anymore?
