A bit faster and more correct (picks subpackages too):

go list -f '{{range .Deps}}{{printf "%s\n" .}}{{end}}'
    | sed -n  's,\(gopkg.in/.*\.v\)[0-9]\+.*$,\1N,p' | uniq -u -D
