[~kevinwu2412] Thank you for your response. Yes, I understand QuorumTestHarness
currently supports only one controller server. However, it would be preferable
to utilize the new test infrastructure directly for any new tests requiring
multiple controllers. Are there any existing tests using QuorumTestHarness that
would benefit from running on multiple controllers? If so, I would be pleased
to rewrite them using ClusterTest.
