During online migration, there could be ConsumerGroup that has members that uses the classic protocol. In the current implementation, `STALE_MEMBER_EPOCH` could be thrown in ConsumerGroup offset fetch/commit validation but it's not supported by the classic protocol. Thus this patch changed `ConsumerGroup#validateOffsetCommit` to ensure compatibility.
