Here at home I have Yosemite10.10.3, which indeed is the current version. In
the office a run an older version. Tomorrow I will be able to check if the
behavior is the same.

X it doesn't work. Let's see if we can fix that. If someone with a Mac

I am long-standing user of this lovely program but there is something that I
never got to work on a Mac: associating .bib files to JabRef and thus open
files by double-clicking. I browsed around and found that many people have
the same issue but no solution. Can anyone elucidate?
