Yes it's seems for me the easy away. I need to clarify, why they need so
bad put the references in a MSSQL database.

Another thing, if you can answer me:
About the translation, what kind of procedures are necessary to help in the
translation of the project.

I usually use the transifex, qt linguist and poedit to translate files of
the projects that i've participated.
