this sounds interesting, I'll definitely be interested in testing your
app once it's available!

We have no problem with you referring to JabRef using the name and
logo, as long as there's no confusion as to which app(lication) is
which. I'm sure we'll want to put a link to your app on our Resources
page once it's released.
