This is what I have (most likely it was changed by the bibsonomy plugin):
General:crossref;file;doi;url;citeseerurl;comment;owner;timestamp
Bibsonomy:interhash;intrahash;keywords;groups;privnote
Extra:issn;isbn

In fact adding the line:
Abstract:abstract
or clicking the "Default" button I have the abstract tab :)

I am very sorry I asked such a stupid question!

I use JabRef in english.

Thank you very much for your help!

Just a suggestion. I think that "Set up general fields" is not
self-explaining. Why not "Customize Entry Editor", "Set up entry
editor", or similar?

Ciao ciao.
