Hi,

I've never thought of this before, but it would be great if users
cited JabRef where relevant.

I'm not into the details of how it should be cited, but I have no
objection to the suggestions here. Note that it should be
http://jabref.sourceforge.net, not .org.

Regarding city and country, I don't think it makes much sense to
include it since the development is decentralized.
