Hi Heinrich, the issue is quiet stupid simple. The License Report assumes that
is downloads some content from a URL without knowning that his is a HTML file
which carries already an encoding flag.
The easiest fix is: Try with {{project.build.sourceEncoding}}, if not provided
default to platform or UTF-8?
The best is to take the encoding in the header into account.
