Karl-Heinz Marbaise commented on MINVOKER-167:
----------------------------------------------

You can use
http://maven.apache.org/plugin-testing/maven-plugin-testing-harness/ for
writing unit tests on Mojo's but the intention of maven-invoker to write
integration tests. Apart from that did you already tried to write java code in
the verify.groovy file?

> Make it possible to run tests written in Java (as opposed to the already
> existing support for Groovy and BSH)

> Some people are unwilling to learn Groovy/BSH for the sake of testing a
> plugin. It would be so much more convenient being able to knock up your tests
> in plain Java and not have to wonder what Groovy's unhappy with this time.
