The actual <license> [1] section contains
<licenses>
<license>
<name>The Apache Software License, Version 2.0</name>
<url>http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt</url>
<distribution>repo</distribution>
<comments>A business-friendly OSS license</comments>
</license>
</licenses>
The <name> entry is wrong; the word "Software" must be removed. Probably best
to remove "The" as well, i.e. it should be:
<name>Apache License, Version 2.0</name>
