I would expect that these sources are available at Maven Central, so Eclipse
should be able to download it for you (assuming you're using the m2eclipse
plugin).
If you're unlucky, just download the jar from
http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Cplexus-archiver matching the right
version.
In eclipse, right-click the plexus-archiver jar and select "Java Source
Attachment".
But again: Eclipse should be able to download it for you if you select a class
from this jar.
