Proposed fix works in my case at least.
FYI my test case is: https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/667 (just edit
root {{pom.xml}} to use {{2.14-SNAPSHOT}} then run {{mvn -DskipTests install &&
mvn -f test/pom.xml surefire:test}} and press Ctrl-C after some tests have
started)
