Resolution: Won't Fix
The Maven plugin creates a standard Maven report for PMD that integrates nicely
into a Maven-generated site.
If you really want to create a "custom" report you could use an XSLT-capable
plugin, like XML Maven Plugin, that would work on the xml file that PMD
generates.
