Dropping "pde" support, i.e "eclipse-plugin" packaging
Only two integration tests for it and people are likely to be using other
tooling,
e.g. tycho or felix-bundle, or raw Eclipse, to be handling this.
Although pde mode infests the plugin with its specific handling and I dont know
whether my assumption about other tooling is a valid one.
This option is less firm than the others above (except pde mode depends on
EclipseOSGiManifestWriter)
