This is a blocker for Apache Cassandra 0.8.
At present you cannot create both the parent pom and the child pom in memory in
ant and have the parent pom's dependencyManagement propagate to the child pom.
Thus, for example, with Apache Cassandra 0.8 we cannot define a
dependencyManagement in a parent pom and then use the versions from that
dependencyManagement through out all the child poms that are required to be
generated significantly hindering version management
