Jaxen was last added to the repository in December, 2008 using project.xml
Maven 1 format. jaxen is the primary downstream dependency for this, and I'm
not sure if or when it will move to Maven 2.
If I make a Maven 2 package for XOM can Maven 1 projects like jaxen still use
it?
