I unpack a dependency build with the assembly plugin with fileMode 0555. The
first time all is well, but now I've got to clean before unpacking a newer
version, since the unpack goal doesn't force itself write access. There is
enough permission in target to permit that.
This seems like a defect to me, but someone might reclassify as an RFE.
