On 2.1, run "mvn help:describe -Dcmd=compiler:compile". It describes the
compiler plugin, rather than describing the "compile" mojo as it should.
"mvn help:describe -Dcmd=compiler:compile" should do exactly the same thing as
"mvn help:describe -Dplugin=compiler -Dmojo=compile"
