Websphere Integration Developer (WID) is an IBM product built on top of RAD.
When there are multiple resources directories, WID requires that the one
containing the META-INF/ejb-jar.xml file appear first. This is going to be
src/main/resources. Unfortunately, the plugin doesn't guarantee this ordering.
I'm not sure whether or not this issue also affects RAD.
Will attach a patch shortly after I generate it.
