The custom shader recipe used Plexus `@Component` and
`plexus-component-metadata` 1.5.5. The plugin injects shaders as a `Map<String,
Shader>` and `DefaultShader` is itself `@Singleton @Named`, so the page now
shows `@Named("mock")` and links to the Maven & JSR-330 page for the index
setup.
