This change adds `findModel()` to the Maven 4 `WorkspaceReader` SPI. Some workspace artifacts may not have a corresponding POM file in the workspace. Providing a way to retrieve their models allows extensions to supply the model associated with an artifact, including cases where the POM is generated dynamically.
