The plugin used one method and two constants of maven-mapping. They are now
a package-private `FileNameMapping`, the same class as in the ear plugin and
the shape the 4.0.x line already has.
One behaviour change: an empty classifier now counts as no classifier, so
`@{dashClassifier?}@` in a custom `outputFileNameMapping` no longer leaves a
trailing dash (apache/maven-mapping#70, never released in maven-mapping).
