Reverts #456. `maven-4.x` pins `actions/setup-java@v4`, which has neither `cache-jdk` nor `cache-read-only`, so the inputs did nothing except trigger an unexpected-input warning on every run. `v4` does not cache JDKs, so this branch needs no replacement change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
