Add a test that validates JIRA issue keys in Markdown link labels are escaped as `[\[KEY\]](URL)` to prevent broken links. The test scans all Markdown docs (`content/markdown/**/*.md` and `*.md.vm`) and fails with `file:line` details. Fix existing unescaped occurrences in release notes (rc-4 through rc-7) so CI passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
