   💡 **Nit:** This line uses `&lt;project&gt;` (both angle brackets 
HTML-escaped), but other descriptions in this file use `&lt;build>`, 
`&lt;scm>`, `&lt;plugin>`, etc. — only `<` is escaped, `>` is raw. Worth 
picking one convention and applying it consistently across all `description` 
blocks.
