`MavenArchiver` declares `private static final Logger LOGGER` twice — two independently merged PRs each added it — so `master` fails to compile: ``` MavenArchiver.java: variable LOGGER is already defined in class org.apache.maven.shared.archiver.MavenArchiver ``` This drops the redundant declaration, keeping the single `LOGGER` at the top of the class.
