Moves the parent from 45 to 50 and drops the local compiler, dependency, enforcer and invoker plugin versions, which pinned the build below what the parent now provides (3.13.0, 3.8.1, 3.5.0 and 3.9.1 against 3.16.0, 3.11.0, 3.6.3 and 3.10.1). Supersedes #28. Stacked on #32, which makes the build pass on Maven 4 again; retarget to `main` once #32 merges, before merging this one. Verified: `mvn -Prun-its verify` with Maven 4.0.0-rc-7 on JDK 17 and 21 → hocon-example passes; the build runs the parent's plugin versions; spotless 3.10.2 reformats nothing. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
