Fixed in 3.0.0 by 3a979727 ([MDEP-494], https://github.com/apache/maven-dependency-plugin/commit/3a979727a9edbe08ebb022d89192c58e0ce08e1c): `installBaseSnapshot` now changes the version on the original artifact instead of creating a new one without the classifier. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
