Deprecates two parts of the plugin tools API that the Maven 4 API line cannot keep: `PluginToolsRequest.getRepoSession()`/`setRepoSession()` (no replacement on this line; the Maven 4 line uses the API `Session`) and `PluginHelpGenerator.setVelocityComponent()`, replaced by the new `setVelocityEngine(VelocityEngine)`. `HelpGeneratorMojo` now passes the engine of the same `VelocityComponent` it already injects, so rendering is unchanged.
