`getToolchains(MavenSession, String, Map)` was called by reflection for Maven before 3.3.1. It is on the `ToolchainManager` interface in every Maven the plugin supports (checked with javap on maven-core 3.6.3 and 3.9.16), so the call is now direct. Unlike the reflection, an exception thrown by the toolchain manager now propagates instead of being swallowed. The site page no longer singles out Maven 3.2.6.
