The renderer only ever uses the skin as its file and its id, but its API takes a Maven `Artifact`, a type the Maven 4 API line does not have. This adds `SiteRenderer.createContextForSkin(File, String, …)` and `SiteRenderingContext.setSkin(File, String)`, `getSkinFile()`, `getSkinId()`, and deprecates the `Artifact` forms. The `Artifact` forms still work and fill the new fields, so existing callers are unaffected. A context built through the new `File` overload has no `Artifact`, so `getSkin()` returns `null` there: callers that switch (maven-site-plugin `SiteMojo` reads `getSkin().getId()`) need to use `getSkinId()` at the same time.
