The dependencies and dependency-convergence reports build their trees from `ProjectDependenciesResolver` and `RepositorySystem.collectDependencies` (verbose conflict resolution, so convergence still sees omitted nodes) through a small internal node model, and maven-dependency-tree is dropped. `DependencyManagementReport` is untouched (see #666). Part of retiring maven-dependency-tree, apache/maven-dependency-tree#150. Fixes #308. Verified: both reports regenerated with master and with this branch on apache/maven-doxia (9 files), a 3-module reactor with 22 conflicting versions (4 files) and MPIR itself → `diff -r` empty; `mvn verify -P run-its` → 31 tests, 25 ITs, same as master.
