## Summary Adds a local `ExecutorTool` implementation for repository, artifact, and metadata path resolution without invoking Maveniverse Toolbox. Toolbox remains available for `dump()` and callers that explicitly need it. ## Changes - Resolve the effective local repository from Maven properties, settings, or the default location. - Compute standard artifact and metadata paths locally. - Document the dependency/runtime distinction and Toolbox opt-in behavior. - Add focused regression coverage. ## Testing - `mvn -pl maven-executor -Dtest=LocalRepositoryExecutorToolTest -DskipITs -Dcheckstyle.skip -Drat.skip -Dspotless.skip=true test` — passed (3 tests) - `mvn -pl maven-executor -DskipTests -Dspotless.skip=true -Drat.skip checkstyle:check` — passed - `git diff --cached --check` — passed - `mvn -pl maven-executor -DskipITs -Dcheckstyle.skip -Drat.skip -Dspotless.skip=true verify` — the existing `EmbeddedMavenExecutorTest.defaultFs4CaptureOutputWithForcedColor` failed because no ANSI codes were present; all other executed tests passed - Spotless check is blocked by the repository formatter failing on existing `Environment.java` with a JDK/Palantir formatter `NoSuchFieldError` Fixes #44 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
