Remove this line (`(1980-01-01T00:00:02Z)`) because it duplicates the
`minValid` (previously `Instant.ofEpochSecond(EPOCH_MIN)`) that we already
wrote 4 lines above.
If we want to keep the final dot, it can be written as `+ '.'` (slightly
more efficient than `+ "."`).
